Job Description

We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Executive to join our dynamic team in Mumbai, India. In this pivotal role, you'll lead our housekeeping operations with enthusiasm and precision, ensuring exceptional cleanliness standards while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. As a Housekeeping Executive,

- Supervise and manage the housekeeping team with professionalism and empathy, conducting daily briefings, performance assessments, and providing constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure all guest rooms, balconies, corridors, linen rooms, and pantries meet established cleanliness and quality standards through regular inspections and decisive corrective actions
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of public areas, equipment, and facilities, maintaining organized systems and efficient workflows
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, including room replenishment, issue resolution, and special accommodations, demonstrating exceptional customer focus
