We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in B2B/IT sales who is comfortable using AI and modern sales tools to identify prospects, generate qualified leads and build international business opportunities.

You will focus on markets such as USA, Canada, UK and GCC, selling AI, automation and software solutions to businesses.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads through Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email, cold calling and online research.
- Identify target companies, decision-makers and potential business/technology pain points.
- Use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other AI tools for prospect research, lead qualification, personalized outreach and sales productivity.
- Create and execute targeted email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities for AI, automation, custom software and technology solutions.
- Conduct initial discovery calls, qualify prospects and schedule meetings with technical/pre-sales teams.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations with the technical team.




- Follow up with prospects, handle objections and support negotiations and deal closure.
- Maintain accurate lead and opportunity information in CRM.
- Research competitors, industries and emerging opportunities to identify current target markets.
- ​Achieve monthly/quarterly lead, meeting and revenue targets.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales, preferably IT/software services.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Experience with international sales/outbound lead generation is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM or similar tools.
- Comfortable with cold calling, cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach.
- Good internet research and prospecting skills.
- Basic understanding of software, web/mobile development, AI or technology services.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
