Role Description
- This role is part of the Finance function of Deutsche Bank, AG India Branches and is responsible for end-to-end delivery of financial and regulatory reporting for a foreign bank operating in India. The role requires deep expertise in RBI regulatory reporting, local financial statements, and audit engagement, and acts as a key interface with regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
- The role will support accurate, timely, and compliant reporting, while contributing to strengthening the control setting, automation initiatives, and regulatory change implementation.

Your key responsibilities

Local Reporting:
- Managing preparation of Financial Statements as per local accounting standards & RBI guidelines to ensure that Financial Statements meet all disclosure requirements
- Managing local audits & various certification requirements & finalizing appointment of auditors
- Manage the annual statutory audit and primary face off with statutory auditors to finalize financial statements of the Bank as per local regulatory requirements
- Review of various system & ledger reports required for local reporting
- Balance-sheet substantiation of assets and liabilities designated to Finance.
- Managing various MIS required for review of regulatory c
