Purpose: To achieve given targets. Should be result oriented. Should have knowledge of the Market/Area for which he is responsible. Act as bridge between distributors and customers. He/She should ensure that work norms are abided.

Technical Knowledge: MS Office, Aware of key account operations, Technical tools such as reporting tool, Distributor Order Punch etc

Key Accountabilities:
To generate sales through regular salon/client visit as defined in the list provided
Achieving the sales target set by the organization
Responsible for product detailing with customers for order generation
Ensure company policies and norms are followed




To visit Distributors/Super Distributors in the territory to make the Brands available and to keep track of orders
Ensure call effectiveness & productivity T
imely online reporting of daily work.

Qualification: Graduate of any discipline. MBA in Sales & Marketing
Experience – 0 – 3 years. Prior Experience in similar field will be an added advantage
Age limit -24 -35

Willingness to travel
Able to work under pressure
Adaptable
