About the Role

A senior leadership role with
full ownership of marketing in a B2B industrial organisation. You will define
strategy, build the brand, drive demand and create the systems that make
marketing measurable and repeatable across global markets.

We are looking for someone who
has scaled a brand before, and who has an engineering background strong enough
to hold a technical conversation with our product teams.

Key Responsibilities

● Define and execute the end to end marketing strategy,
aligned to revenue targets by region and product line.

● Build and scale the Tempsens brand across markets,
channels and languages.

● Lead demand generation, positioning and messaging for
products and solutions.

● Digital: own the website as a demand asset,
technical SEO, paid and organic acquisition, and the analytics stack including
attribution across a long sales cycle.

● Content:



build a technical content engine of
application notes, white papers, case studies and datasheet systems that
engineers actually respect.

● Exhibitions: own the global show calendar end to
end, from stand design and pre-show outreach to lead capture, post-show nurture
and per-event ROI.

● Marketing automation: own the CRM and automation
stack, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, nurture programmes and the lead handoff
agreement with sales.

● Build, manage and develop a high-performing marketing
team, plus agencies and specialist vendors.

● Own the marketing budget, prioritisation of spend and
ROI measurement.

Temperature Sensing Solutions,
Electrical Heating Solutions and Specialised Cables, spanning contact and
non-contact temperature sensors, industrial furnaces and heaters, and
specialised wires and cables.
