• 14+ years of proactive safety management experience in manufacturing & R&D; setup required - previ-ous experience in the Automotive & Automotive technology center preferred.

• Working knowledge of safety regulations for Automotive & Automotive technology industry.

• M.Sc. Environmental Science & Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety in a related field desirable.

• Demonstrated ability to collect, evaluate, understand, synthesize, and interpret data - report results and make recommendations.

• Prior multi-site experience. Ability to overcome obstacles and drive organizational change.

• Skills in team building, coaching,



and leading others.

• Exemplary standards of integrity and ethics.

• Excellent oral / written communication skills and training ability required – Marathi, Hindi & English speaking ability sought.

• MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
