Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen our dealer/distributor network.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in B2B/channel sales, preferably within roofing sheets, polycarbonate sheets, PEB, construction materials, building materials, or related industries.

The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales and collection targets, developing key customer relationships, expanding the market, and monitoring competitor activity.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute area-wise sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.




- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, fabricators, and institutional customers.
- Manage, support, and strengthen the existing dealer/distributor network.
- Identify and generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and market potential.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, products, schemes, and market trends.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and close sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, delivery, and customer support.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
- Achieve assigned sales, collection, distribution, and customer acquisition targets.
