About the Role

Stutzen Corporates Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Product Support Executives to join our team in Sivakasi.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers/users with product-related queries, understanding their issues, providing appropriate solutions, and coordinating with internal technical teams whenever required.

This is a good prospect for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in customer support, product support, and IT/software products.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide product support to customers through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer queries and provide clear and accurate solutions.
- Assist customers in understanding and using product features and functionalities.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve basic product-related issues.
- Record and maintain customer queries, issues,



and resolutions.
- Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate internal team.
- Coordinate with development/technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are completely resolved.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-friendly approach.
- Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with the internal team.
- Prepare and maintain support reports when required.
- Continuously learn about product updates, features, and processes.
