The Opportunity:

UST is looking for Team Leader; you will play a critical role in delivering a robust control workplace and supporting Investment Teams to ensure effective pre- and post-trade mandate restriction monitoring all within challenging deadlines.

You will provide subject matter expertise, particularly in the oversight and delivery of complex queries and tasks, and handling ad-hoc requests.

We are looking for someone who likes working as part of a team, is comfortable with a fast-paced operations environment and has a strong attention to detail.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

The 3rd party onboarding team forms part of the wider Onboarding and Event Management module.



The O&EM; teams’ goal is to deliver all onboarding activities required to bring a Client or Client Fund to life on our investment platform.

The 3rd party Onboarding team is primarily responsible for custody and third party account opening.

They are responsible for opening both simple and complex market trading accounts, monitoring of these accounts for validity and ensuring our internal and external systems are accurately maintained.

Key Responsibilities: • Completion of custodian opening documentation • Managing of custodian standing instructions for repatriation of non base currencies

• Updating and maintenance of Standing Settlement instructions in DTCC

• Opening of custody markets for clients and Client funds including complex documented markets • Setup of third-party accounts on our platform to facilitate CFD and Loan accounts • Maintenance of broker related macros to facilitate trade settlement
