* Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve assigned sales targets and objectives within the government business segment.
* Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities with government healthcare institutions, ministries, public sector undertakings, and other relevant government bodies.
* Cultivate and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, procurement officers, administrative personnel, and clinicians within the government sector.
* Lead the entire sales process from initial contact, needs assessment, solution presentation, negotiation, contract finalization, and post-sales support.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and tender responses that effectively communicate the value proposition of BD's products and services.
