This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analyst, Business & Competitive Intelligence based in India.

This role supports business growth by turning market, competitor, and prospect intelligence into actionable sales opportunities.
You’ll work closely with Business Development and Marketing teams to identify target accounts and key decision-makers.
The position combines research, competitive analysis, outbound prospecting, and sales enablement.
You’ll help develop structured outreach plans across the CRO, specialty labs, pharmaceutical, and life sciences markets.
Your insights will contribute to account strategy, pipeline development, and stronger commercial positioning.
The role offers a collaborative workplace with opportunities to work independently and influence business development priorities.
Occasional domestic and international travel may be required to support commercial activities and client engagement.

Accountabilities

Partner with Business Development teams to identify priority companies, contacts, and opportunities for targeted outreach, nurturing, meetings, and RFPs.

Research and analyze market conditions, competitors, product offerings, business strategies, and specified product markets to support commercial decision-making.

Develop and maintain annual outreach plans, reviewing progress regularly with leadership and Business Development stakeholders.

Monitor social media, business and financial news, competitor websites, conferences, and other relevant sources to identify new leads and market opportunities.

Identify decision-makers and influencers within target organizations and support effective prospecting strategies.

Coordinate with Marketing teams to ensure appropriate sales collateral and communications are available to support outreach and business development efforts.
