Role Overview





The Sales & Campaign Specialist will work closely with the Founder to drive outbound sales for SQL Leads and execute campaign delivery for agency clients.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B SaaS/IT sales, outbound prospecting, email + LinkedIn campaigns, CRM workflows, and appointment setting. This role has strong growth potential towards Account Executive or Campaign Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Sales (SQL Leads Growth)
- Prospect and engage potential SaaS / IT clients for SQL Leads services.
- Run LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns to acquire recent customers.
- Qualify leads, perform intro calls, and support closure with the Founder.

Client Campaign Execution
- Manage end-to-end outbound sales campaigns for SaaS clients (Atlassian, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.).
- Build prospect lists using Apollo, Clay, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Develop, test, and optimize email and LinkedIn sequences for better conversions.
