HMH is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support Finance teams across revenue and expense reporting, enterprise reporting, recurring monthly financial processes, data management, and financial data validation.

This role is well suited for an early-career finance professional who enjoys working with data, executing repeatable processes accurately and on time, and improving the tools and documentation that support Finance operations.



The Financial Analyst will work across multiple recurring Finance processes and partner with analysts and Finance leaders to help ensure financial information is complete, accurate, timely, and presentation-ready.

The position will also provide opportunities to build skills in Excel, Power BI, enterprise reporting, financial systems, process improvement, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly expense service entries and associated supporting documentation for Financial Business Partner leads.
- Refresh monthly enterprise financial reporting presentations and dashboards, ensuring underlying data, charts, tables, commentary, and formatting are accurate and current.
- Assist with month-end reporting processes and preparation of financial information for internal stakeholders.
