This role offers the opportunity to lead distributed Salesforce engineering teams delivering complex, business-critical solutions.
You will provide both technical direction and people leadership across Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Cloud initiatives.
The position combines strategic planning with hands-on engagement in architecture, scalability, performance, security, and integrations.
You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Product, Quality, and UX teams to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
A key part of the role is developing engineering talent through hiring, coaching, mentoring, and career planning.
You will also shape engineering processes, KPIs, roadmaps, budgets, and long-term technology strategies.

Accountabilities:




- Lead, hire, develop, and manage globally distributed Salesforce engineering teams, including multiple teams and direct reports.
- Define and execute long-term strategies and roadmaps for Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Cloud implementations.
- Provide technical leadership across Salesforce architecture, integrations, scalability, performance, security, and product quality.
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives involving Sales, Finance, Product, Quality, and UX teams.
- Establish and improve engineering KPIs, including measures related to quote accuracy, billing automation, platform performance, and operational efficiency.
- Drive improvements across Salesforce development, testing, deployment, release management, and engineering processes.
