About the Role

At Associate Director level, the role is responsible for the identification, assessment, management, monitoring and reporting of material non-financial risks across the end-to-end product, platform and client lifecycle. The incumbent will help strengthen the control setting for Transaction Banking products and digital capabilities, support product design and change execution, contribute to client implementation and delivery risk management, regulatory readiness and incident learnings, and escalate material matters as appropriate.

This role is responsible for helping manage non-financial risk across Transaction Banking products, including Payments and Cash Management,



Trade and Digital Payments. The role acts as a trusted risk partner to product, sales, implementation, operations, technology and digital delivery stakeholders, providing practical risk advice and execution support to enable safe, sustainable and customer-focused growth.
