Social Media Manager
Choice Techlab | Mumbai | Full-time
We are bringing our social media in-house.
And we are looking for someone who can build it properly.
Not someone who only manages a calendar, follows up with designers, and schedules posts.
We need someone who can take an idea from “this could be interesting” to published content - copy, creative, video, distribution and everything in between.
What you'll own
You will own Choice Techlab's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
That means:
- Building and managing the content calendar
- Finding stories worth telling from across Choice Techlab
- Writing posts, scripts and content
- Creating and managing images, carousels, videos, reels and other formats
- Working with internal teams to understand technology, products, people and projects
- Running content end-to-end - idea to publishing
- Tracking what works and improving what comes next
- Working closely with our SEO Manager to connect social, website and content
- Helping move the function from an agency-led setup to a solid in-house system

A big part of the role will also be personal branding.
You will work closely with the Choice Techlab Director / Group CTO and select leadership members to turn their ideas, experiences and opinions into strong, original content.
Not generic leadership quotes.
Content that actually sounds like them.
AI is part of the job
We want someone who uses AI naturally.
For research.
For ideas.
For writing.
For design.
For video.
For repurposing.
For workflows.
For speed.
Use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, Canva, Adobe, CapCut or whatever comes next.
The tools will change.
What matters is whether you can use them to build a smarter content system without making the content look AI-made.
Who we are looking for
Ideally, you come from a technical education:
B.Sc. IT / B.Sc. Computer Science / BCA / BE / B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
