Job Description

Job Title: Head of Operations & Growth

Location: Bangalore (Preferred)

Compensation
- Fixed CTC: ₹12,00,000 per annum
- Performance Variable: Up to ₹6,00,000 per annum
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): ₹18,00,000 per annum

What You Will Own
- Build scalable operating systems and document SOPs across every department.
- Create KPI scorecards that measure productivity, quality, utilisation and accountability.
- Lead weekly operations reviews and identify opportunities to improve delivery.
- Improve project management, resource planning and client onboarding.
- Build an internal knowledge base, training documents and onboarding processes.
- Manage the agency CRM and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
- Build outbound email sequences and sales workflows.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate qualified
