Job Title : HR Intern

Role Overview: As an HR Intern at apnaHR, you will gain valuable exposure to various

facets of human resources, including recruitment, employee engagement, on-boarding,

training, and HR analytics. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with experienced

HR professionals and develop practical skills in HR operations. You will play a key role in

supporting the HR team and gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, energetic work

environment.

In addition, based on your performance during the internship, there is an opportunity to

receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for a full-time role with the company.





Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings,

screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with candidates.

 Support in the preparation of offer letters, on-boarding documentation, and orientation

 Help in organizing and conducting employee engagement activities, events, and
