Department: Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

Working Days: 6 days per week

Experience: Minimum 10 years in Occupational Health & Safety within manufacturing, chemical, steel, engineering, or allied industries (field training background mandatory)

Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering/Science with Diploma/PG Diploma in Industrial Safety, Occupational Health, or related field

-
Certifications (Mandatory):

-
NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or IOSH Managing Safely

-
Train‑the‑Trainer (TTT) certification from BIMARG or equivalent recognized institute

-
Responsibilities:

-
Deliver induction, refresher, and statutory OHS training programs

-
Develop training modules, presentations, practical exercises, and assessments

-
Conduct competency evaluations and maintain training records

-
Train employees on hazard identification,



risk assessment, permit to work, LOTO, confined space entry, work at height, chemical safety, fire safety, emergency response, PPE, and incident investigation

Ensure compliance & documentation as per IMS

-
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of Indian HSE legislation and ISO 45001

Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills

-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

-
Ability to engage and train employees across all organizational levels

Language Requirement: Fluency in Gujarati (mandatory), with valuable communication in English and Hindi

Preferred Candidate: Based in Gujarat or willing to relocate; self‑motivated, organized, and capable of working independently
