- Deploying, configuring, and upgrading Axway MFT solutions in Azure cloud environment
- Designing and implementing customized Axway MFT solutions to meet specific customer requirements
- Ensuring security and compliance standards are met within the MFT setting, including PCI DSS compliance.
- Working directly with customers to understand their needs, gather requirements, and provide tailored recommendations and solutions.
- Monitoring MFT operations, resolving incidents, and providing technical support to customers.
- Leading internal knowledge-sharing sessions and representing the team in customer-facing events.
