Skills: Windows Servers Lead(Lead exp mandatory)

Experience Required: 6-8 Years

Must-Have

• Windows Active Directory working knowledge

• DNS and DHCP knowledge.

• Windows Server patching & SCCM

• Office 365 Administration

• Azure administration, PowerShell scripting, virtualization, monitoring tools, ITIL processes, automation

• Windows Active Directory working knowledge: Addition, modification and deletion of user accounts and groups. Managing computer objects, working experience in GPO polices. Troubleshooting of Active directory replication issues.

• DNS and DHCP knowledge: DNS public/ Private records creation and DHCP scope define.

• Windows Server patching:

• Office 365 Administration: Office 365 troubleshooting (Exchange, Teams, Azure)

• SCCM: Patching deployment and package deployment.

• Microsoft 365: Provide technical oversight for Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting across Exchange Online, Teams, and Entra ID/Azure AD. Coordinate complex cloud or hybrid issues with relevant resolver groups and service providers. Promote automation through PowerShell and standardized operational scripts where appropriate
