Job Description:-
- Co-ordinate
with client to understand, analyze the requirements and scope of the project.
- Should
have good oral and written skills.
- Ability
to lead a team of testers to meet project goals.
- Ability
to lead, guide and monitor the implementation and execution of test procedures.
- Should
be able to independently take responsibility of project deliverable.
- Responsible
for deployment and testing of project at client environment and provide the
appropriate training to client.
- Reviewing
and escalating the bugs and enhancement to the respective development team and
get it fixed from developer end depends on priority and severity of bug.
- Should
be able to draft System Requirement Specifications and Details system design
documents for projects.
- Responsible
for generating the defect report and provide to the Project Manager.
- Responsible
for creating and providing the workplace for the cross-browser testing,
compatibility testing, retesting and regression testing to testing team.
- Preparation
of Test cases and system document module wise.
- Should
be able to draft System Requirement Specifications and Details system design
documents for projects.
- Knowledge in e-Learning would be an added advantage.
Requirements
Mandatory Skills:-

- Experience
in Manual Testing
- Should
have completed any Software testing course
- Fair
knowledge of testing web-based applications.
- Fair
knowledge of SDLC, STLC and Bug Life Cy.
- Knowledge
of Agile Methodology.
- Good
Knowledge in Quality and Testing Concepts.
- Good
communication skills.
- Strong
Logical thinking.
- Interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:-
- ISTQB Ce
