SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Executive – HR is accountable and responsible for handling HR related administrative work for Taloja Manufacturing site, Commercial Team in Vikhroli Office Mumbai such as Recruitment & Onboarding, Time office Mgmt for payroll, Leave Management, Training & Development,



Preparation of policy and Procedures, Employee Exit etc.
The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems in India such as (Time office management for payrolling, Leave Management of the employees, Training System etc.)
• Helping the HR Manager in preparing various local Policies and Procedures and counseling on those policies and procedures to the employees.
• Be actively involved in recruitment process.
a) Coordinating with the hiring Managers for the creation of Job Requisition in Workday
b) Coordinating with the headhunters for sourcing the Profiles.
c) Sourcing the candidates from Social websites such as LinkedIn.
d) Scheduling the interviews with Hiring Managers/HR Head/Site Head.
e) Collecting the documents from the shortlisted candidates.
