MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
• 10+ years of experience in Reinsurance within an Insurance Broking company, with strong exposure to Treaty and Facultative (FAC) business
• Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth across Treaty and Facultative reinsurance portfolios
• Strong relationships with domestic and international reinsurers, insurers, cedants, and key market stakeholders
• Expertise in structuring, negotiating, and placing complex reinsurance solutions across multiple lines of business.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the Reinsurance Practice with responsibility for driving business growth across Treaty and Facultative (FAC)



portfolios.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand the reinsurance portfolio and strengthen market presence.
• Acquire new clients and grow existing relationships with insurers, cedants, and corporate clients requiring reinsurance solutions.
• Structure, negotiate, and place Treaty and Facultative reinsurance programs with domestic and international reinsurers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with reinsurers, insurers, underwriters, and key industry stakeholders to maximize placement opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical, placement, claims, and operations teams to deliver customized reinsurance solutions and seamless client servicing.
• Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, capacity, coverage, and policy terms to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
• Monitor market trends, reinsurance capacity, regulatory developments, and emerging risks to identify new busines
