- Co-ordination & interaction with stakeholders.
- Preparation of scope of audit & customized checklist
- Taking pro-active decisions to avoid time lag & cost over runs
- Inputs for proper closure of audit issues
- Overall monitoring of audit assignments
- Identify root cause and financial impact of audit findings and suggest practical recommendations
- Preparing and discussing the audit report with (client's) operating staff
- Preparation / finalisation of Audit conclusion & reporting
