Required Skills

Java
• Strong experience in Core Java, Java 8/11/17 features.
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA.
• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, Hibernate, and ORM frameworks.
• Understanding of multithreading and performance optimization.

Python
• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
• Experience in data processing and automation scripting.
• Knowledge of AI/ML libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.

Generative AI
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar LLMs.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or equivalent frameworks.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering techniques.
• Experience building RAG-based applications.
• Working knowledge of Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Azure AI Search).
• Understanding of AI model evaluation, safety, and governance.

React
- Strong experience in React.js development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.




- Experience with React Hooks, Context API, and Redux/Redux Toolkit.
- Experience building responsive and reusable UI components.
- Positive understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Material UI, or Tailwind CSS.
- Experience integrating React applications with REST APIs and AI services.
- Familiarity with state management, component lifecycle, and performance optimization.
- Experience with front-end testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.
- Knowledge of modern build tools such as Webpack, Vite, and npm/yarn.
- Understanding of security best practices and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, SSO).

Nice to Have
• Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI experience.
• Experience with Agentic AI and multi-agent frameworks.
• Exposure to machine learning model deployment and monitoring.
• Certifications in Java, Python, Cloud, or AI technologies.
