Accountabilities:
- Omnichannel Solution Ownership: Lead design, configuration, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Journey Orchestration: Build sophisticated,



cross-channel journeys in Journey Builder using precise entry criteria, decisioning, goals, re-entry rules, contact policies, and exits to drive conversion and retention.
- Campaign Execution: Deliver compliant, scalable campaigns across Email Studio, MobileConnect, WhatsApp, and MobilePush, including consent, subscription, personalization, and channel-specific execution.
- Personalization Engineering: Develop dynamic experiences using AMPscript, Server-Side JavaScript, HTML/CSS, CloudPages, landing pages, and subscription or preference centers to increase relevance and performance.
- Marketing Data Engineering: Design efficient data models with Data Extensions, Contact Builder, attribute groups, send relationships, segmentation logic, and retention strategies to improve precision and deliverability.
