In your capacity as a BI Manager for Finance, you will drive results by resolving critical inquiries regarding business performance across various financial sectors. You will serve as the lead ambassador for BI programs within the department, steering strategic growth through the creation and oversight of analytical frameworks that shape organizational outcomes.

In this role, you will:
- Serve as the main stakeholder liaison for BI architecture, active reports, and incoming reporting requests across Finance.
- Collaborate with Finance partners to analyze business workflows, discover opportunities, and execute core data-driven programs.
- Convert business needs into structured data models, datasets,



and detailed technical specifications.
- Lead the deployment, development, and maintenance of interactive Tableau Cloud dashboards and report portfolios to empower business decision-making.
- Oversee legacy OBIEE and OAS reporting platforms, maintaining stability while driving strategic migration and modernization efforts.
- Identify architectural bottlenecks and champion continuous improvements across BI systems.
- Align with Data Engineering, Finance, and cross-functional partners to uphold data governance, accuracy, and consistency.
- Direct the complete lifecycle of reporting solutions from requirement discovery through deployment and support.
- Document report logic, data definitions, and processes to promote self-service and long-term knowledge transfer.
- Enforce best practices to guarantee maintainability and technical sustainability over time.
