Job Description:

The Sales Account Manager at WiselyWise will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our organization. The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers or regions, building and maintaining strong client relationships while providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

Manage a Portfolio of Accounts:

Proactively manage and nurture a portfolio of assigned client accounts.

Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing clients.

Develop Positive Relationships with Clients:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.

Act as the main point of contact and advocate for clients within WiselyWise.

Resolve Conflicts and Provide Solutions:

Address client concerns, issues, and conflicts in a prompt and effective manner.

Requirements
