Candidates will convert paper-based SOPs into digital workflows and support system implementation and validation activities. They will also perform user acceptance testing and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Providing end-user training and preparing support documentation are essential tasks. Analyzing laboratory processes and recommending improvements will be part of the role.
Essential Skills: It is good to have strong documentation and problem-solving capabilities. Experience in managing multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment is beneficial. Ability to work in rotational shifts and on-call support models is a plus. Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT) is advantageous. Strong training and support documentation skills are also desirable.Candidates must have experience with BIOVIA ONE Lab| LES| LIMS| or related laboratory systems.
Knowledge of FDA| EMA| and regulatory guidelines is essential. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are required. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are necessary for this role. Familiarity with GxP and data integrity requirements is also a must.
