About the Role
Vishwakarma Agricultural Works is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand market presence across Madhya Pradesh. The role involves managing dealer networks, developing new markets, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for the company's agricultural machinery and equipment portfolio.
The ideal candidate should possess strong field sales experience, excellent dealer management capabilities, and in-depth knowledge of agricultural equipment and rural markets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by management.
- Drive revenue growth and increase market share across the assigned territory.
- Convert inquiries into sales and ensure timely order closures.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when required.
- Identify and develop current business opportunities in existing and untapped markets.
Dealer & Distributor Management
- Appoint, develop, and manage dealer and distributor networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
- Conduct regular dealer visits, performance reviews, and training programs.
- Support dealers in improving retail sales and market penetration.
