As Konovo continues transitioning from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform, we are expanding our Bengaluru-based team. The Account Management Director will lead our 5+ person, India-based Account Management and Bidding & Feasibility Analyst teams. In this role you will ensure we deliver accurate, timely, commercially sound proposals and excellent client partnership across healthcare market research engagements.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead, mentor, and develop the India-based Account Management and Bidding & Feasibility Analyst teams, building a high-performance culture with clear expectations and coaching
- Own and continuously improve the end-to-end bidding and feasibility process to increase speed, accuracy, and win rate while protecting margin
- Ensure proposals are scoped correctly, priced competitively, and aligned with profitability targets and delivery realities
- Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Project Management/Delivery, Operations, Finance) to ensure seamless handoffs and solid execution from bid to launch
