Development experience in Labvantage
Experience in upgrading Project and understanding the
new platform.
Experience in supporting HyperCare activity.
Experience in working with Master data changes
Production support for Labvantage/LIMS Applications.
Understanding Labvantage /LIMS application,
analyzing production issues & providing the solution.
Building, Testing and verifying recent functionalities in
Labvantage.
Follow ITIL framework for service delivery
Handle L2/L3 support incidents (user service requests,
system issues, bug fixes, data fixes, enhancements)
Ticket resolution within agreed SLA and OLA
Monitor Service Now and assign tickets to self from the
queue.
Coordinate with other team-members globally to
support application that are in scope.
Work on change requests and problem management.
