Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven HR Manager who can take complete ownership of the HR function at Kokata

This is a high-impact role for someone who is not looking to manage HR only from an operational perspective, but wants to build, strengthen, and eventually lead the entire people function as the organization grows.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the leadership team and business heads to build the right organization, attract and retain talent, strengthen employee engagement, establish effective HR processes, and create a strong people-centric culture.

The role offers the opportunity to shape the HR function over the next 5–6 years, with increasing responsibility and ownership as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR & Business Partnering
- Partner with the founders, senior leadership, and business heads on people-related decisions and organizational priorities.




- Understand business goals and translate them into effective people and HR initiatives.
- Build HR practices that support business growth, productivity, employee development, and retention.
- Gradually develop and establish a structured HR function aligned with the organization's growth plans.

Performance & Employee Development
- Drive the performance management process across the organization.
- Establish clear KRAs, goal-setting, reviews, and performance feedback mechanisms.
- Identify high-potential employees and support career development and succession planning.
- Work with managers to improve employee productivity and performance.

Employee Engagement & Culture
- Build a positive, professional, and cooperative work culture.
- Drive employee engagement, recognition, retention, and communication initiatives.
