Job Description

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
The Sr. APAC CWBP will be deeply engaged with business leaders, serving as a visible and trusted strategic advisor on how best to leverage contingent workforce solutions.



This person will collaborate cross functionally to foster ownership, trust, and partnership, while bringing usage and industry trends, business insights, and clear recommendations that help leaders, the HRBP community, and key stakeholders make informed decisions as priorities evolve.
The ideal candidate will be embedded in the business, building trusted relationships and maintaining a visible, influential presence with leaders and key stakeholders through:
- Strategic leadership: Build scalable contingent workforce strategies and influence cross-functional partners to deliver results.
- Business agility: Translate evolving & complex priorities into practical plans and pivot the approach as business needs change.
