JOB DESCRIPTION

Store Manager-
- Min 02-03 years of experience in retail /FMCG (outlet sales)/Food & beverages (outlet sales).
- Must have understanding of the role and business acumen, handling/handled sales & operations in the current/previous role with a team of min. 3-4 people.
- Acting SM/ASM can be considered for SM role. Age should not be more than 30 years.

- Team Management: You'll likely oversee a team of sales associates, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and providing excellent customer service. This involves scheduling, coaching, and sometimes even hiring and firing staff.
- Visual Merchandising: Keeping your store visually appealing is crucial for attracting customers. You'll be responsible for arranging displays, implementing seasonal promotions, and ensuring that the store's layout maximizes sales potential.
- Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, and managing stock flow are essential tasks.



You need to ensure that popular items are always in stock while minimizing excess inventory to avoid overstocking.
- Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service is key to building loyalty and increasing sales. You'll need to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and create a welcoming atmosphere for shoppers.
- Sales and Targets: Meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth is a major part of your role. You'll analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to boost sales and profitability.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Managing the store's budget, including expenses such as payroll, rent, and utilities, is crucial. You'll need to find ways to optimize spending while maintaining high standards.
