The IPP team designs and builds high-performance systems leveraging machine learning and cross-functional collaboration to identify, prevent, and remediate intellectual property abuse on behalf of rights owners worldwide. As the single-threaded owner for end-to-end brand protection solutions, IPP ingests and prioritizes critical brand pain points, conducts comprehensive root cause analysis, develops sustainable mechanisms, and drives continuous improvement across Amazon's brand protection ecosystem.

We are seeking a strategic, experienced Senior Program Manager to own the strategy, execution, and cross-organizational integration for Band Protections — turning reactive enforcement into proactive, scalable prevention that directly reduces brand abuse for rights owners globally. In this role, you will:




• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to address complex, high-ambiguity brand protection challenges with senior leadership visibility
• Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Operations, Science, and Policy teams across multiple geographies
• Establish key mechanisms, dashboards, and self-service tooling that eliminate manual dependencies and enhance Amazon's brand protection capabilities
• Influence roadmap prioritization across multiple organizations, operating as a thought leader in the IP protection space
• Drive explicit communication channels and strategic stakeholder engagement for both internal teams and external brand partners globally
• This is a high-impact, high-visibility role requiring exceptional judgment, the ability to shape strategy from scratch, and comfort operating in ambiguity. You will work across 5+ teams and multiple geographies,
