This role offers the prospect to shape intuitive digital experiences across web and mobile products.

Accountabilities

Apply human-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle to create intuitive and effective user experiences.

Work directly with clients and cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, business objectives, and product requirements.

Conduct user research, analyze findings, and translate insights into actionable design recommendations.

Develop concepts, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile products.

Iterate rapidly on designs within a lean and Agile environment, adapting solutions based on research, stakeholder feedback, and changing priorities.

Clearly communicate and defend design decisions while incorporating feedback in a constructive and diplomatic manner.
