Profile Summary

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth across South Asia through current customer acquisition, channel development, market expansion, OEM partnerships, and commercial execution across the Enterprise Authentication Readers portfolio.

The role focuses on developing and converting opportunities within enterprise organizations where authentication, secure access, credential-based workflows, secure print, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions deliver measurable business value.

Working across direct and partner-led sales channels, the Regional Sales Manager is accountable for pipeline development, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and achievement of assigned commercial objectives.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the role works closely with Product Management, Marketing, Channel Partners, Pre-Sales Engineers,



and Technical Support to translate business priorities into commercial results, strengthen market presence, and accelerate adoption across targeted enterprise segments
