About this Role





We are seeking an Oracle BRM Billing Application Support Engineer to support critical billing operations and production services within the telecom BSS landscape. This role focuses on Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) application support, including incident resolution, bill-run activities, reconciliation, operational monitoring, service restoration, and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to help ensure reliable, accurate, and productive billing services while developing expertise in telecom billing systems, Oracle BRM technologies, automation, and AI-enabled operational practices.
