Job Summary

The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, overall direction, and operational oversight to ensure the successful execution of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. The role involves managing all aspects of project management, government liasoning, budgeting, quality control, cost optimization, contracts, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement.

The CEO will lead a team of professionals and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards while adhering to regulatory compliance and safety norms.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve the company's long-term vision and growth objectives.
- Identify current business opportunities, including public-private partnerships, joint ventures, and real estate development projects.
- Strengthen relationships with investors, government agencies, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.




- Ensure profitability and sustainable growth through financial planning and revenue generation strategies.
- Project Management & Execution
- Oversee planning, execution, and completion of multiple construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met.
- Establish robust project monitoring systems and risk mitigation strategies to manage potential delays and cost overruns.
- Approve project schedules, material procurement plans, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants for seamless execution of designs and specifications.
- Government Liasoning & Compliance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and municipal corporations.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including environmental clearances, RERA, labor laws, and building codes.
