The Commercial Banking business focuses on business growth in MSME Segment – mainly CA, TD, forex, trade, payments, cash management and tax payments along with retail products like salary, trust services, forex, commercial card etc.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead & develop a high-performing team of CBRM’s to drive commercial banking business growth




- Achieve targets set for individual products like CA Balances ETB & NTB, Trade Forex, CMS & Cross-sell etc. through effective team leadership & guidance
- Establish and strengthen relations with key customers to enhance relationships and generate sustained business.
- NTB Sourcing - Identify and convert potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration
- Deepening the existing relationships by cross selling products of the bank to recent and existing customers (PPC Growth), promoting a culture of cross-functional synergy within the team
- Foster a performance-oriented environment that encourages collaboration, innovation & employee motivation
- Interact/ Liaise with various other departments to ensure lead generation for CA, Trade & FX.
