Role Overview
Avance Consulting Services is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to lead strategic account management
and business development initiatives. The role focuses on managing key client relationships, driving revenue
growth, expanding existing accounts, and acquiring new business opportunities while ensuring exceptional client
satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts.
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Conduct business reviews and identify account expansion opportunities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Business Development
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities.
• Own the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure.
• Develop account growth strategies and revenue plans.
• Lead proposal creation, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
Portfolio Strategy




• Drive revenue, profitability, and portfolio growth targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with delivery and recruitment teams for successful execution.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM updates.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, Client Success, or Sales.
• Proven success managing enterprise and mid-market clients.
• Strong track record in revenue growth and client retention.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in Staffing, Recruitment, IT Services, or Consulting preferred.
