Role Description
The Team Coach plays a key role in leading, mentoring,



and motivating a team of fundraisers who engage with the public in streets, malls, RWAs, and other outreach locations. You will drive performance through hands-on leadership, contribute to building awareness about CBM’s mission, secure one-time and recurring donations, monitor field operations, and update reports to the Line Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Engage with individuals in public spaces and inspire support through donations.
- Lead and manage a team of fundraisers across diverse outreach venues.
- Coach, train, and motivate the team to exceed financial and non-financial KPIs.
- Fundraise alongside the team, lead by example, and deliver compelling presentations.
- Support recruitment and training of recent members, stay informed on CBM’s vision, and participate in reviews and trainings.
- Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly donor acquisition targets.
- Maintain accurate performance and donor acquisition reports.
- Perform additional duties
