An indispensable leadership role… Huron clients approach us with complex transformation priorities that require experienced Workday professionals who can lead from strategy through execution. As a Workday Associate Manager, Talent, Performance, and Learning, you will provide module leadership, solution direction, and delivery oversight across Workday Talent, Performance, and Learning workstreams. You will guide client conversations, translate business priorities into scalable Workday solutions, manage project workstreams, coach consultants, and partner with client leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. This role is designed for professionals with robust functional depth,



delivery ownership, and the ability to lead teams through complex implementation, optimization, and support initiatives.

Requirements:
- Lead Workday Talent, Performance, and Learning workstreams across implementation, optimization, and support engagements, with accountability for solution quality, delivery timelines, risks, dependencies, and client outcomes.
- Provide functional leadership for Workday Talent and Performance, including employee reviews, calibrations, goal management, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, and related business processes.
- Provide functional leadership for Workday Learning, including learning content, campaigns, programs, curricula, enrollment management, learning assignments, compliance training, and reporting considerations.
- Talent & Performance certification and Learning certification are mandatory.
