As part of our HR team, we’re looking for an experienced, hands-on HR qualified who can independently drive key people processes, partner effectively with HR Leaders, Engineering Managers and employees, and bring maturity and sound judgment to everyday tasks.

This role is for someone who has built strong HR depth over the years and is now comfortable owning outcomes, navigating sensitive people situations, and making things happen with minimal direction.

Role Overview

As a Senior HR Executive, you will own and drive key HR processes end-to-end while acting as a trusted partner to managers and employees.

The role goes beyond process execution. It requires someone who can understand context, exercise judgment, solve problems,



influence stakeholders and ensure people initiatives translate into meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

● Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring a consistent and high-quality employee experience across onboarding, development, engagement, recognition and exits.

● Drive HR operations and governance, including HRIS, employee data, documentation, policies and compliance, while continuously identifying opportunities to simplify and strengthen processes.

● Independently drive performance management processes, partnering with stakeholders on feedback, performance conversations, documentation, development actions and timely follow-through.

● Act as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on people matters including performance concerns, engagement, team dynamics and employee situations.
