Hiring: Phone sales manager – Service to Sales Channel

CTC: ₹3.25 LPA + fixed travelling allowance per month + Attractive Incentives

Role Overview:

This role involves both customer servicing and life insurance sales. The candidate will handle existing customers, resolve their service queries, and identify opportunities to sell and cross-sell insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide end-to-end customer service for existing policyholders.

* Generate life insurance sales through customer interactions.

* Cross-sell and upsell insurance products based on customer needs.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

* Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring excellent service.

* Coordinate with branch teams for smooth policy issuance and servicing.

Eligibility:

* Graduate in any discipline.

* Experience in BFSI, insurance, banking, sales, or customer service preferred.

* Valuable communication, customer handling, and sales skills.

* Local candidates preferred
