Data Scientist
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and relationships using statistical methods and data visualization techniques.
- Develop and deploy predictive models using machine learning algorithms and evaluate model accuracy, precision, recall, and other performance metrics.
- Apply data mining techniques to extract actionable insights from structured and unstructured data, identifying patterns and anomalies to detect fraud, predict customer behavior, or optimize business processes.
- Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and validate model assumptions, implementing A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the impact of changes and interventions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical findings into actionable insights and recommendations for non-technical audiences, presenting findings and proposals in transparent, concise, and compelling ways.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in machine learning, deep learning,



and related fields to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

- Develop and maintain predictive models and algorithms to drive business decisions and optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate with data engineers and developers to integrate data science models and algorithms into production environments.

Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
- Proven experience in data science, machine learning, or predictive analytics roles, with a strong portfolio of projects and achievements.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data science, including Python, R, and SQL.
