Role Overview

We are seeking a agile and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Design to support the creative and concept execution process at Baaya. This role involves coordination across design and production teams- from active contribution to concept development, to ensuring timely and high-quality project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Design Development & Creative Ideation
- Develop design concepts that reflects Baaya’s aesthetic and the client’s vision.
- Create detailed drawings, presentations, and material boards that align with artisanal and functional design intent.
- Contribute meaningfully to the evolution of ideas from mood boards to mock-ups and final outputs.

Project & Process Coordination
- Support the Design Manager in ensuring all project milestones are met
