Key duties include developing and maintaining the academic timetable, managing staff workload, enhancing the student experience through improved timetables, coordinating operational tasks like room bookings and assessments, and supporting institutional initiatives to improve the timetabling system. The role demands solid organizational skills, attention to detail,
and collaboration with university departments and stake holders.
Job Purpose
- Plan and manage the academic timetable in collaboration with the Campus Management team, ensuring efficient resource use across all sites. Schedule academic team workloads, enhance student experience through improved timetable accuracy and publication, and ensure coordinated planning for related activities such as assessments and room bookings. Support university-wide initiatives to improve the timetabling service as the University’s portfolio expands.
